Please come here for your services you will be pleasantly surprised. Absolutely outstanding customer service, we’ve been going here for 6 years and have no plans of changing. This is the only family owned location in bend and it’s reflected in the service. Jared is always there and remembers our car when it drives in, we were serviced by Henry masyn and Jared today I appreciate them more than they could know! I highly recommend this specific location. As a woman, I hate having to come take care of these types of errands, especially after a very poor experience at Valvoline (where they overfilled my engine oil and aimed to sell me on non-essentials). Coming to Bend Express this morning literally brought me JOY! These guys absolutely took care of me, educated me, were kind, and truly cared about my experience and the actual needs. There was no motive. Truly humble and gracious, and will be the ONLY place I come from now on. Thank you guys for making the worst of errands, so easy and enjoyable and not letting me leave uneducated! You're the best!

I was traveling and was having a hard time finding any availability at the dealerships for an oil change on my Silverado. Called Bend express lube and Jared had excellent customer service. They let me use my own oil and oil filter that I brought in, they know how to do a proper oil change and are very trustworthy. It can be scary bringing your truck in the an express lube when you normally do it yourself but these guys are all experienced and super knowledgeable. I will also add they are not pushy about up selling stuff which is also great.

For those who don’t like reading long reviews: This place is extremely welcoming, kind, helpful, and just trust me, you want them working on your car! Today I came in for a simple atf service. Upon pulling in Jared immediately noticed my car was leaking water when it shouldn’t be, I had just gotten the oil changed a day prior at valvoline (I hadn’t heard of bend express lube until looking up atf flush services). When I had the oil changed the day prior there was no water leaking . After making sure it was just water, Jared highly recommended me taking it back to valvoline and have them check everything. In case it was something valvoline did, and they’d be responsible to fix it instead of it being put on me. He could have easily just told me something was broken on my car and I needed to pay them to fix it. Instead he looked out for me and gave me some advice on the situation. I listened to his recommendation and took it back. Turns out valvoline accidentally disconnected my windshield wiper fluid line, and watered down washer fluid was leaking everywhere- yeah valvoline told me they water down the washer fluid. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Jered and Jimmy were exceptional at Bend Express Lube. I came in for an oil change and some overdue maintenance, and they helped take care of several services my car needed — including a few things I didn’t even realize were overdue. I rely heavily on my car but don’t always keep up with maintenance the way I should, and instead of making me feel bad about it, they kindly explained everything and were completely transparent about what needed to be done. They were honest, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process before moving forward. We even had some great conversation and laughs while they worked, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Their kindness, transparency, and customer service were truly 10/10. At one point they even helped take a photo of me in front of my car as proof to my dad that I actually got my oil changed — and they were great sports about it. That pretty much sums up how friendly and easygoing they were the whole time. Jered and Jimmy are a huge asset to the team.
